High School Crushes & Cringes

This week marks the much overdue moment long awaited by fans across the world, and it’s not Liverpool winning the Premier League title, but rather Kushagra’s back on the podcast. To mark his triumphant return, we discuss key issues ever present in the societal zeitgeist, such as whether it is appropriate to laugh at someone gagging over a Coronavirus test and what coffee brand George Clooney has shamelessly promoted over the years.

This week also marks the return of the game that could single handedly cancel the podcast and individual careers of the boys, What is the Question. As Kush fumbles his role as Game Czar, unable to comprehend questions over 5 words in length, the boys needlessly provide more ammunition to get them in hot water such as questionable Covid-related humour, oddly specific personal attacks and casual racism.

With the return of 2 fan favourites proving to be too much work for the boys, the episode ends with Answer Reddit. In what was meant to be a light-hearted discussion of Reddit’s most burning questions, the segment turns into an expose into Miguel and Rohit’s dating lives. We finally come to understand why they have been single for so long, exposing their questionable nitpicking when it comes to a partner as well as their embarrassing high school encounters with the opposite gender.

The Logue: Tired of reaching around each other (at least on the podcast), the boys have instead decided to reach around the week’s news stories, events and viral trends.
