Weed Growing for Dummies

We’re absolutely rolling through January, so here is another episode of Critical Banter to help you through your work week. Kushagra is not here this week, as he’s on a diplomatic  pilgrimage to the US, to attend Joe Biden’s inauguration.

In his absence, the boys begin with a discussion on yet another example of Rohit idly standing by as someone is put into a dangerous scenario. After hearing about Rohit watching someone almost drown, we then discuss the name change of Australia’s most racist cheese before delving into a pumpkin and watermelon festival in northern NSW.

We introduce a new game this week called, “Guess the Brand,” which is as simple as it sounds where Sen gives Miguel and Rohit clues relating to a brand and they must try and guess the brand. This week’s edition features Japanese car makers, energy drinks, tech giants and the colonels nectar.

Finally this week, after almost a year in the wilderness, we bring back “Overrated/Underrated.” Rohit cancels fishing, Sen rants about bright headlights and has an epiphany about water and Miguel slams the McRib.

Also this week: Bystanders, pumpkins, pingers, kiddy fiddlers and the McRib.

Segments this week:

The Logue: Tired of reaching around each other (at least on the podcast), the boys have instead decided to reach around the week’s news stories, events and viral trends.

Guess the Brand: The boys are given 3 clues describing a very well known brand and must use these clues to guess the brand.

Overrated/Underrated: This segment is as simple as it sounds; the boys give their opinions on what they think is overrated in the world and what they think is underrated.
